3. Hosting & Server Logs

4. Cookies & Local Storage

This website sets no tracking cookies without your prior consent. The only storage we use is a single entry in your browser's local storage (cookie_consent) that records whether you have accepted or declined analytics services. This entry contains no personal data and is not transmitted to third parties. The legal basis is Art. 6(1)(f) GDPR (legitimate interest in managing consents).

5. Facebook / Meta Pixel

This website uses the Meta Pixel of Meta Platforms Ireland Limited, 4 Grand Canal Square, Dublin 2, Ireland ("Meta"), only after your explicit consent. Without your consent, no data is transmitted to Meta.

Once consent is given, the Meta Pixel allows Meta to identify visitors to this website as a target audience for the display of advertisements ("Meta Ads"). 6. YouTube (Privacy-Enhanced Mode)

Videos on this website are embedded using YouTube's privacy-enhanced mode (youtube-nocookie.com). Videos only load after you actively click the play button. No data is transmitted to YouTube or Google until that click occurs.

After clicking, YouTube may set cookies and collect information about your behaviour. If you are logged into your YouTube account, YouTube can associate your browsing behaviour with your personal profile. You can prevent this by logging out of your YouTube account beforehand.

7. Bandsintown (Tour Widget)

The tour page embeds a widget from Bandsintown Inc., 155 E 55th Street, New York, NY 10022, USA. The widget loads concert dates and may transmit usage data (including IP address and browser information) to Bandsintown servers in the USA. 8. Newsletter (Shopify)

If you sign up for our newsletter, your email address is transmitted to and stored by Shopify International Limited, Victoria Buildings, 2nd Floor, 1–2 Haddington Road, Dublin 4, Ireland, via our store at dominum-shop.com. Shopify processes this data on our behalf (data processing agreement pursuant to Art. 28 GDPR).

9. Contact by Email
